Directions

  1. Coarsely mince the onion. Julienne the lettuce, and thinly slice the tomato and boiled eggs.
  2. Saute the minced meat in a fry pan without oil. When cooked through, add in the onions and mixed beans. When the onions are translucent, add in (A) and saute further until the cooking liquid is reduced.
  3. Heat the tortillas in a separate fry pan. Wrap the minced meat (2) and other ingredients inside and then serve.

Cooking Basics

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
