Directions
- Cut the baguette into bite-size pieces, and toast to golden in a frypan of heated olive oil.
- Cut the arugula into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths, rip the lettuce into bite-size pieces, remove the stem from the tomatoes and cut these into halves.
- Into a bowl pile in (1) and (2), add (A) and mix, sprinkle on the cheese.
