30 g (1.1 oz.)

1 cup (200 ml or 6.8 fl. oz.)

(A) Gelatin solution

4 g (0.1 oz.)

2 Tbsp

(B) Black sesame sauce

1 tsp

1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Mix together (A) and melt in a microwave oven (600 W) for 15 seconds.
  2. Place the sesame paste and sugar in a bowl, mix, then add in the original soymilk and mix some more.
  3. Add in (1) and the roasted sesame seeds, pour into dishes and cool in a refrigerator to harden.
  4. Mix together (B) and drizzle onto (2).
