- Combine (A) and let the gelatin bloom. Mix (B) well.

Boil the mirin in a pot to reduce the alcohol content, add in the unsweetened soymilk and turn off the heat once the mixture comes to a boil. Add (A) from (1), dissolve while stirring, also add (B) and mix, then strain once.

Place the pot from (2) over an ice water bath, cool until the mixture thickens, pour into dessert dishes and allow to cool and set in a refrigerator.

Combine (C) and dollop a spoonful onto (3).
