Place the wheat gluten in (A) and soak for about 10 minutes.

Melt the butter in a frypan, add in excess moisture removed (1), cook over low heat for 5 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
