(A)Dessert Sauce

1/2 cup (100 cc or 3.4 fl. oz.)

1 Tbsp


  1. Place the wheat gluten in (A) and soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a frypan, add in excess moisture removed (1), cook over low heat for 5 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
