Tsukune are Japanese chicken meatball skewers.
Directions
- 
Add the beaten egg to the minced chicken meat and knead well.
- 
Divide (1) into 4 equal parts, shape each into a sausage, place on a heat-safe plate and cook in a microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 
Prepare the green onion miso topping. Add (A) into a small bowl, combine together over low heat, and mix in the finely chopped green onions.
- 
Coat (2) with (3) and toast in a toaster oven or on a grill until the miso becomes golden, skewer if desired.
