Simple Roast Beef

300 g (10.1 oz.)

(A)Cranberry Sauce

4 Tbsp

3 Tbsp

2 Tbsp


  1. Rub the cut end of the garlic clove over the entire beef block to make fragrant, sprinkle on the salt and pepper and massage in with your hands.
  2. Heat up a fry pan and spread out the vegetable oil. Over medium heat cook (1) while turning over to well brown all sides.
  3. Place (2) into a lidded container and set aside for 1 hour (when setting aside for longer, place inside of a refrigerator).
  4. Add the ingredients to prepare the cranberry sauce into the fry pan from step (2) and stir while boiling down to half the volume.
  5. Slice up (3), serve this onto plates, cover with (4) and garnish with a side of lettuce and whole grain mustard.
