- Chop the beef into easy-to-eat pieces. Slice the onion into wedges and break the shimeji mushrooms apart into small bunches.
- Place (A) into a pot, once boiling add in the onion and simmer. Once the onion is softened, add in the beef and shimeji mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes.
