Directions

  1. Remove excess fat from the chicken. Place the chicken meat and (A) into a storage-use plastic bag, massage in, and allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add in the chicken (1) skin side down, cook until golden brown, turn over and then cook over medium to low heat until cooked through.
  3. Cut into easy-to-eat slices, arrange on a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes and baby leaf greens.
