Directions
- Remove excess fat from the chicken. Place the chicken meat and (A) into a storage-use plastic bag, massage in, and allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add in the chicken (1) skin side down, cook until golden brown, turn over and then cook over medium to low heat until cooked through.
- Cut into easy-to-eat slices, arrange on a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes and baby leaf greens.
