Directions

  1. Combine together (A).
  2. Cut the onions in half horizontally, leave 2 layers and then remove the rest and set aside. Place the onions into a lidded heat-safe container and heat in a microwave (500 W) for about 3 minutes.
  3. Mix the removed and minced portion of onion, egg, parsley, (1), salt and pepper thoroughly into the ground pork, then stuff into (2).
  4. Place (3) into a fry pan, add in (B), cover with a lid and simmer for 6 minutes.
  5. Mix together (C) to prepare the sauce.
  6. Remove (4) onto plates, and pour on (5) before serving.

Cooking Basics

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
