- Finely mince the chrysanthemum from the bottom of the stems.
- Mix the pork and (A) well in a bowl.
- Pour and stir in beaten eggs into (2) a little at a time, then mix in (1).
- Heat the salad oil in a fry pan.
Mix in (3) and spread the width of the pan.
Cook both sides to form an omelet.
Remove and cut into easy to eat pieces.
