    ※Mozzarella cheese may be replaced with cream cheese, and arugula with lettuce, etc.

Directions

  1. Finely chop the anchovies and mince the basil.
    Add the ingredients for the dressing (A) and mix together.
  2. Cut the cheese and tomatoes into wedges.
  3. Break apart the arugula into bite-size pieces.
  4. Cut the olives into rounds.
  5. Put (2)~(4) in a bowl and cover with (1).
