- Coarsely mince the onion. Julienne the lettuce, and thinly slice the tomato and boiled egg.
- Sauté the minced meat in a fry pan without oil. When cooked through, add in the onions and mixed beans. When the onions are translucent, add in (A) and sauté further until the cooking liquid is reduced.
- Heat the tortillas in a separate fry pan. Wrap up the minced meat (2) and other ingredients and then serve.
