Directions

  1. Coarsely chop the onion. Julienne the lettuce, and thinly slice the tomato and boiled egg.
  2. Saute the minced meat in a frying pan without oil. When cooked through, add the onions and mixed beans. When the onions are translucent, add (A) and saute further until the liquid is reduced.
  3. Heat the tortillas in another frying pan. Wrap with minced meat (2) and other ingredients and serve.
