A temaki roll with a Mexican-style flair

- Coarsely chop the onion. Julienne the lettuce, and thinly slice the tomato and boiled egg.
- Saute the minced meat in a frying pan without oil. When cooked through, add the onions and mixed beans. When the onions are translucent, add (A) and saute further until the liquid is reduced.
- Heat the tortillas in another frying pan. Wrap with minced meat (2) and other ingredients and serve.
