Directions

  1. Slice the egg into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes. Boil the spinach, squeeze out excess moisture and chop into 1 cm (0.4 in.) widths. Halve the avocado and remove the seed.
  2. Mix the boiled egg and spinach together with (A), and place this mixture into the hole where the avocado seed was, then sprinkle on pepper.
