Maitake Mushroom and Beef Stir Fry

A hearty stir fry enhanced by garlic.

100 g (3.5 oz)

  1. Cut the beef and mushrooms individually into bite size pieces.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat up oil in a pan, fry the beef. When it has begun to change color, add in mushrooms and fry and mix well together.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sake in a circular fashion down the insides of the pan. Mix in well.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
