Spicy Cooked Mushrooms and Tofu Salad

A delicious tofu and mushrooms dish flavor-enhanced with red chili pepper and bacon.

100 g (3.5 oz.)

  1. Cut the tofu into 12 cubes.
  2. Cut the spinach into thirds lengthwise, place on a plate and arrange the tofu on top.
  3. Cut the bacon into 1 cm (0.4 in.) thick pieces. Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a fry pan, then saute the sliced garlic and chopped red chili pepper until fragrant. Add in the bacon and mushrooms, then (A).
  4. Bring to a boil, then pour onto the tofu and spinach.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
