Finely chop up the beef, season with (A).

Cut the hard stems from the nanohana, soak the leaves in cold water, to refresh crispiness. Remove, dry and cut in half.

Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a fry pan. Begin to fry the nanohana from the stem. Add in the leaves and stir fry together. Season with salt, pepper and remove. Add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil to the pan and fry the beef. Return the nanohana and season with (B), making sure to mix together well before serving.
