  1. Soak the nanohana in cold water, making them fresh. Quickly boil in lightly salted water. Remove, cut into 3 cm (1 in.) lengths and compress dry between paper towels.
  2. Mix together (A). Dress (1), serve in a dish and sprinkle on the katsuobushi.
