Slice the thin deep-fried tofu sheets into half, open up into pouches and dust the inside of each with flour.
Combine the ground chicken, long onion, ginger, sesame seeds and soy sauce until the mixture becomes sticky then stuff into (1).
Slice (2) diagonally into triangles. Cook in a toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes until completely cooked through.
Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion, and insert vertical cuts. Then chop up finely at right angles from end to end.
Remove the skin of the ginger and thinly slice, gradually sliding and stacking the slices. Then mince the ginger into fine pieces, and slice again finely at right angles.
