Easy and refreshing Chinese salad.

200 ml (6.8 fl. oz.)

  1. Mix (A) and (B) in a lidded microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave for 20 seconds (500 W), then cool in a refrigerator.
  2. Boil the mizuna, then place in cold water. Drain and cut into 3-4 cm (2 in.) lengths.
  3. Thinly and diagonally slice up the cucumbers. Then julienne into fine sticks.
  4. Finely slice up the ham.
  5. Pile (2)-(4) in a bowl and pour on (1). Sprinkle on your desired amount of sesame seeds.

Cucumbers - matchstick juliennes

Thinly slice the cucumber at an angle, gradually slide and stack the slices, then finely cut into thin sticks from end to end.
