200 ml (6.8 fl.oz.)

Directions

  1. Mix (A) together in a lidded heat-safe container. Cover and microwave for 20 seconds (500 W), then cool in a refrigerator.
  2. Lightly boil the mizuna, then place in cold water. Drain and cut into 3 to 4 cm (2 in.) lengths.
  3. Thinly and diagonally slice up the cucumbers, then julienne. Also julienne the ham.
  4. Pile (2) and (3) into a bowl and pour on (1). Sprinkle on white sesame seeds if desired.

Thinly slice the cucumber at an angle, gradually slide and stack the slices, then finely cut into thin sticks from end to end.
