(A) Tsuyu

3 Tbsp

270 ml (9.1 fl. oz.)


  1. Steam the chicken, then rip into small pieces. Chop the mizuna into easy-to-eat lengths. Halve the boiled eggs.
  2. Boil the cellophane noodles, remove into ice water, then serve into bowls.
  3. Place (1) on top of (2), sprinkle on the green onions, then pour on (A).
