Directions

  1. Remove the hard stem from the chrysanthemum and cut into large pieces.
  2. Break apart the shimeji mushrooms.
  3. Remove the sinew from the chicken breasts and cut into thin slices diagonally.
  4. Place (A), (2) and (3) in a bowl. Once boiling, scoop away any scum that will form on the surface and season with (B). Add in (1), stir for a short while and serve hot.
