Directions
- 
Separate the leaves of the chrysanthemum from the stem.
- 
Boil water in a pot, then add a little salt and salad oil (not included in ingredients) and boil the chrysanthemum stems (1).
 Later add and boil the chrysanthemum leaves.
- 
Place the chrysanthemum in a colander to drain, then cool in water.
 Dry and chop into fine pieces.
- 
Quickly place in and remove the ham from boiling hot water and mince.
- 
Combine (A) in a bowl, then add (3) and (4).
 Stir with chopsticks or another utensil to loosen up the ingredients and fully dress.
