Directions

  1. Boil the spinach, place into cold water, drain and gently squeeze out excess moisture and cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  2. Julienne the ham into 2 mm (very thin) wide, and 3 cm (1.2 in.) long pieces.
  3. Roast the almonds until fragrant in a fry pan or on an aluminum-foiled tray in a toaster oven.
  4. Mix (1) to (3) together in a bowl, dress with (A).
