Directions
- Cut ham into 1 cm (1/2 in) cubes. Drain the corn and set aside.
- Cover both sides of a grilling net in foil and grill the dumpling wrappers for 1 min. and remove.
- Smear a 1/2 Tbsp of pizza sauce on each wrapper. Evenly divide the corn, cheese and ham between each wrapper. Grill for an additional 2 min. and garnish with parsley before serving.
