Cut the roots from the mizuna, then cut at an angle into 3 cm (1 in.) lengths. Sprinkle on some salt and lightly work in by hand.

Cut the ham in half, then into thin strips.

Compress dry (1) between paper towels and mix with (2). Add in (A) and mix well.

Serve in a bowl, dress with roasted sesame seeds.
