  1. Place the ground meat and (A) into a small pot over medium heat, mix and break up with 3 cooking chopsticks (if available) and cook until crumbly.
  2. Mix (1) into the rice, shape into rice balls, first wrap in the perilla and then in plastic wrap (or parchment paper).
