  1. Pre-season the beef by soaking in (A).
  2. Mince the pickles. Toast the white sesame seeds.
  3. Mix (2) into the rice, prepare 12 rice balls and wrap with (1).
  4. Place (B) into a small pot and allow to quickly simmer to prepare the sauce.
  5. Place (3) onto an oven tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in an oven pre-heated to 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. Use a basting brush to apply the sauce several times while cooking.
