steamed white rice (warm)

200 g (7.1 oz.)

(A) Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients from (A) and season the pork.
  2. Use a chopping motion to mix the julienned shiso and roasted sesame seeds into the rice. Sprinkle a small amount of salt (extra) onto slightly wettened hands before forming 6 round rice balls.
  3. Spread out (1) and wrap one each around one each of (2).
  4. Place the vegetable oil into a fry pan, cook (3) over medium heat while rolling occasionally to brown all sides and cook through.
  5. Use a circular motion to add in the soy sauce and coat each rice ball.
