steamed rice

300 g (10-1/2 oz.)

cooking oil

2 Tbsp

1-1/2 Tbsp


  1. Make 4 rice balls from the steamed rice.
  2. Heat up the cooking oil in a frying pan, then place the rice balls and brown both sides.
  3. Drizzle in the Kikkoman Soy Sauce and coat the rice balls.  Enjoy together with pickles, if desired.
