Directions

  1. Add the salt to the rice.
  2. Drain the canned tuna and break up the meat.
  3. Place the butter on top of the onions and heat in a microwave (600 W) for 2 minutes, then add in (2) and (A) and combine together.
  4. Place 1/6 portion of (1) on parchment or wax paper, put some of (3) in the middle of the 1/6 portion, roll up into a ball and wrap-around with a cross strip of yakinori. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
