Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 12 pieces. Cut bread lengthwise in half so still attached on one side. Cut cheese in half. Slice cucumber into thin, diagonal cuts.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken. Then put over low heat and cover with lid.
  3. When chicken is cooked through, remove excess oil with paper towels. Add Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce and sauce, and marinate.
  4. Butter rolls, and put bibb lettuce, cheese, cucumber and (3) into rolls.
