Cut the roast pork into 5 mm (1/4 in.) cubes.

Boil the snow peas in lightly salted water until the pods turn bright green, then finely chop.

Julienne the lettuce, mince the parsley, and finely chop up the green onions.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan, then saute the rice and (1) in the pan. Season with (A), then add (2) and (3) and stir fry together.

Fold the stem over towards the straighter side of the snow pea and then pull this off along the length of this straighter side to remove the stem and string.
