Directions

  1. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces and place these in cold water to refresh, then drain well.
  2. Grate the onion and then mix into (A).
  3. Dress (1) with (2) and then top with the Japanese parsley (mitsuba) chopped into 2 cm (0.8 in.) lengths.
