  1. Cut the carrot in half and thinly peel. Soak in ice water until slightly crispy.
  2. Rinse the baby leaf lettuce.
  3. Cut cheese into bite-size pieces.
  4. Arrange (1)-(3) in a bowl. Mix (A) and pour on as dressing.
