Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Chop and boil the potato. Then dry and lightly coat with flour.

Cover (1) with flour and brown in a frying pan heated with the olive oil. Serve on a plate with the potatoes (2).
