Julienne the cabbage, and thinly slice the radish, cucumber and celery. Rinse the raisins and lightly dry.

Place (1) in a large bowl. Then mix the dressing (A) together, season ingredients in the bowl, and serve in individual bowls or plates. Garnish with parsley or other colorful herbs and spices.

Separate the leaves and remove the core. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise to make it easier to julienne, then stack, roll up, and slice very thinly from end to end.
