Thinly slice the garlic, and cut the rosemary and thyme into appropriate lengths.

Coat the salmon with (A) and place (1) on top, then pour on the olive oil and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

Remove liquid from (2), then grill in an oven for 12-13 minutes at 230 C (450 F) until browned.

Serve on dishes garnished with lemon wedges.
