Cut the garlic chives into 8 mm (1/4 in.) lengths. Beat the eggs, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan and saute the beef well. When the beef is browned, add the oyster sauce and pepper to season.

Add the rice and stir-fry. When the rice is no longer sticky, add the garlic chives and sesame seeds, then season with soy sauce and pepper. Quickly saute all together and serve onto dishes.

Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan and make scrambled eggs. Place these on top of the fried rice from (3).
