Heat the oil in a square fry pan, cut the bacon in half and pan-fry. Add the eggs on top, cook both sides, and sprinkle with soy sauce. Once cooled, cut into two halves.

Tear the lettuce into easy-to-eat pieces, then thinly slice the tomato and remove the seeds. Lightly warm up the tortillas in a fry pan.

Place a tortilla onto plastic wrap or parchment paper, layer on half of the lettuce and tomatoes, add on the mayonnaise and coarse ground black pepper, top with (1) and roll up. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and cut into easy-to-eat sizes.

Tomatoes - removing the seeds
Cut the tomato in half horizontally and then dig out the seeds with your fingers.
Tomatoes - rounds
Use the tip of the knife to remove the tomato stem, and slice at consistent widths from end to end.
