Directions
- De-string the snow peas. If large, cut in half diagonally.
- Diagonally and thinly slice up the long onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, saute (2) until softened, add in (1) and continue to saute.
- Once the snow peas turn bright green, add in the drained tuna while breaking it apart, and then add in the sake.
- Add (A) and saute all together, serve onto plates.
