200 ml (120 g / 4 oz.)

80 g (2.8 oz.)

50 g (1.8 oz.)

50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Slice the banana into 2 cm (0.8 in.) thick rounds.
  2. Boil the sugar with the water from (A) in a small pot, add in the crushed chocolate and stir while melting. Remove from the heat, then add and mix in the soy sauce.
  3. Arrange (1) in a dessert dish, top with the vanilla ice cream and drizzle on (2).
