80 g (2.8 oz.)

50 g (1.8 oz.)

50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Cut the banana up into 2 cm (0.8 in.) thick rounds.
  2. Boil the sugar and water from (A) in a small pot, add in the crushed up chocolate and stir to melt, remove from the heat, add the soy sauce and stir in.
  3. Arrange (1) on a plate, top with the vanilla ice cream and pour on (2).
