Ingredients for 1 cake pan sized 15 x 20 cm (6 x 8 in.).

Lightly spread butter (extra) to coat a cake pan, then line with parchment paper.

Mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher.

Place (A) into a fry pan, then heat, stir and bring to a slow boil.

Add the soy sauce to (3), turn off the heat, then add in (2) and combine.

Mix together the eggs and milk in a bowl, add in (4) and the pancake mix and stir all together.

Pour (5) into the cake mold (1) and bake in an oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 15 minutes.

Allow to cool, then remove from the pan and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
