Chicken Teriyaki

After coating in sweet and spicy soy basting sauce (tare), let the oven do the rest!

  1. Remove excess fat from the chicken meat, slice into the thick part of the chicken open it up and lay the meat out flat. Place into a bowl and cover well with (A), then allow the flavor to soak in for more than 1 hour in a refrigerator.
  2. Line an oven tray with oven paper, arrange the chicken pieces up with skin facing upwards and bake in an oven at 180℃ (356F) for 15 minutes. While baking, open the oven and spread the cooking juices over the chicken a few times.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, place on a dish garnished with salad greens if available.
