Place all ingredients and 4 to 5 Tbsp of water into a heavy bottom pot, cover with a lid and turn the heat to high.

Once boiling, turn the heat to medium, flip the chicken over, cover with the lid and cook for about 12 more minutes.

When the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is boiled down and thick, turn the heat off.
