200 g (7.1 oz.)

100 g (3.5 oz.)

1 clove


  1. Place all ingredients and 4 to 5 Tbsp of water into a heavy bottom pot, cover with a lid and turn the heat to high.
  2. Once boiling, turn the heat to medium, flip the chicken over, cover with the lid and cook for about 12 more minutes.
  3. When the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is boiled down and thick, turn the heat off.

Cooking Basics

Chicken wings - separating the middle wing / wingette

Use kitchen scissors to easily cut through the joint cartilage and separate the middle wing (wingette) from the tip.

Garlic - thinly sliced

Cut the garlic clove with the skin removed vertically in two. Then use the heel of the knife to remove the core and thinly slice.
