Directions
- Mix (A) together in a bowl. Add in the chicken and combine all ingredients, then cover with a lid and place into a refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
- Place the chicken into a fry pan or onto a grill pan and roast until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Halfway through cooking use a basting brush to coat the meat with the marinade. Serve onto plates and garnish with rosemary if desired.
