200 ml (6.8 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Slice the bacon and onion into 1 cm (0.4 in.) wide thin squares, the potato into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes and the carrot into 7 to 8 mm (0.3 in.) cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pot, add in order the bacon, onion, potato and carrot, then saute well.
  3. Add 300 ml (10.1 fl. oz.) of water to (2), simmer over low heat while removing any scum that forms and then cover with a lid to simmer for 6 minutes.
  4. Add the soymilk to (3) and once warmed, adjust the flavor with the soy sauce and turn off the heat.
