Directions

  1. Slice the daikon radish up into 1 cm (0.4 in.) diameter rectangular slices, lightly sprinkle with salt (extra) and massage in. Cut the dried mango and prosciutto up into easy to eat pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine (A) with (1), then place into a refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavor to soak in.
  3. Serve onto plates and sprinkle on a dash of black pepper.
