Ingredients(Servings: 2)
Directions
-
Prepare 6 disposable wooden chopsticks for skewers. Julienne the perilla leaves. Place the rice, 1 tsp of flour, the sesame seeds and the perilla into a bowl, combine the ingredients well and then divide into 6 portions.
-
Wrap and squeeze (1) around each chopstick-skewer into a cylindrical shape similar to a frankfurter (set aside for awhile to allow the shape to settle).
-
Divide the meat into 6 portions, spread one slice out onto a cutting board and wrap around one rice skewer, then fold the top in. Repeat this process to prepare 6 skewers, then use the 2 Tbsp of flour to lightly but entirely cover all skewers.
-
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a fry pan (26 cm / 10.2 in.), cook for 4 to 5 minutes while rolling until each surface is entirely browned.
-
Turn the heat to low, add in (A), flip each skewer over a few more times until lustrous (glossy) and fully coated in the sauce.
