sliced bread (cut into 6 slices per loaf) **

shredded pizza cheese

100 g (3.5 oz.)

  2. You can use any bread you like instead of sliced sandwich bread.

    Cut the sliced bread into quarters and evenly arrange them in two oven-safe dishes. Sprinkle half of the shredded pizza cheese evenly over the bread, then evenly place the Oyako-ni on top.

    Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes or until golden-brown.
